This availability checker will check what Broadband services you can order and what speeds you can expect on your BT landline.
Existing customers can change service using their MyAccount control panel.
If you select an ADSL broadband package, we will place your order on the on the ADSL2+ product if it is enabled in your exchange. Otherwise, we will place your order on the BT ADSL Max (Up to 8Meg Download) product.
You should use this line checker to verify which option is available to you. We will confirm this information during the signup process, before your order has been placed.

Some older modem and router models may not properly support new Broadband services such as the ADSL2+ (up to 24Meg) services.
Some will require a driver or firmware update to work correctly.
Please consult your modem or router manufacturer's website to confirm compatibility and update software where necessary before placing your order.
